Overview

LCweb sells product licenses (including 1-year updates and support) with (optional) yearly renewal.
We offer a 15-days “no disputes” refund on initial license purchase. We also may offer you documentation.

All Software licensed through the store shall be licensed under GPLv3 unless explicitly stated otherwise either in the download page or by the attached License.txt file.

Purchasing LCweb products, is your responsibility to make sure that these fit your needs and you has the expertise on  how to use them. LCweb is not responsible for any problem that could arise from the products usage.

 

Auto-renewing license subscriptions

Product updates and/or support entitlement updates automatically one year after the initial purchase.
The renewal is automatic and you will be charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.

You can opt-out from recurring payments at any time.
In this case, at the end of the purchased period, the linked product license will stop receiving automated updates and support entitlement.

 

Taxes

Taxes depend on the customer country and/or type (individual or company).
All prices shown in the LCweb website do not include taxes, they are applied on checkout.

Customer will bear any tax and additional fee.

 

Refunds

Refunds are given without any dispute 15 days after the initial product purchase. Renewal orders are not refundable. Refunds may be refused for customers acting in bad faith or violating any of the website policies.

Refunds are given after an official request opening. Requests can be opened in each “view order” page.
Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment (amount transfer time may vary depending on your bank).

 

 

Technical support

Licenses purchased on this website have got technical support assiciated as long as license subscription is valid.
Support service is given exclusively through ticket on a dedicated website: https://support.lcweb.it/

Normally every active ticket is answered in 12/15 hours, every day of the week (on weekend it might take a little longer). Eventual holiday periods are shown on the support platform.

Changes to LCweb Shop terms

We may change these terms at any time. If a change we make has a material effect on you to your detriment, we will give you reasonable prior notice about the change, before it takes effect.

You can close your account and terminate your agreement with LCweb at any time if you do not agree to the changes. However, continuing to use this website after the changes are made, you will be agreeing to the changes.
